Description:

I. On the ground floor you find a reception and a large sitting-dining room with a nice fireplace with access to some cozy covered terraces as well as to the swimming pool. A large separate kitchen with utility kitchen lays in between the dining room and 2 beautiful double bedrooms, 1 shower room and toilet, all fully prepared for people with reduced mobility. There are 2 guest toilets as well on the ground floor.

II. The first floor can be reached through a majestic outdoor staircase which leads to 5 other double bedrooms all airconditioned. 3 bedrooms are on suite and have access to the large terrace with launch chairs and stunning views to the Pyrenees and the Emporda landscape. There is 1 separate entrance that leads to 2 double bedrooms with a large bathroom and toilet, idlily for a couple with children.

III. Outside you will find a summer kitchen – Barbeque area, a typical Spanish patio and the pool area. The big plot next to the house can be used as an organic vegetable garden, or you could install a children’s playground, a paddle court, or a mini-golf.

IV. Behind the pool there is a large studio with mezzanine which can be used for multiple purposes as for example: Workshop for painting or sculpture, storage for motorcycles or racing bikes or to put in a Wellness, spa or sauna…

V. On the second big plot behind the studio there is a fruit orchard.

The location of this charming B&B is a perfect departure spot for all kinds of activities as; hiking, mountain bike, racing cyclist, motorcycling or off-road motorcycling but also for the Burgundians among us because of the high gastronomic level, called: Mar I Montanya.
